Customer Service Advisor
A luxury menswear label is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an office-based role, where the successful candidate will be providing a world-class shopping and service experience through phone, email, and web chat.

THE ROLE:
- Placing orders, processing exchanges and refunds and answering any questions all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
- Communicating with customers via the phone, email, live chat and social media
- Informing customers of stock shortages, locating the stock where possible
- Working with warehouse and carriers to ensure that the customer has the best delivery experience
- Monitoring feedback and communicating with customers as required
- Aiding with the supervising and maintaining of the customer's online shopping journey, ensuring imagery, descriptions, FAQ’s and content are correct
- Establishing long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviours and purchases
- Providing product recommendations and try-on services as and when required
- Assisting the customer with buying online or from any of the company's stores
- Taking part in new and current sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales opportunities
- Using a ticketing system to respond to customers in an efficient and timely manner
- Working with multiple order management systems to update customer details, process orders, monitor stock levels, and movement, and handle exchanges and refunds
- A proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy retail and eCommerce environment
- Experience with an online luxury retailer would be beneficial
- Strong administration skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Passionate about your work with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Perfect command of the English language, both written and spoken. An appreciation and understanding of grammar and punctuation rules are paramount
