In this hybrid role of Business Operations Adminsitrator, you will assist the company in transitioning from a start up to a scale up business, so the ideal candidate would help maintain order in the chaos of rapid changes of a growing business. Our client is looking for a brilliant, tech-savvy multi-tasker with superior attention to detail to fill the position of Business Operations Adminsitrator.

THE ROLE:
- A varied role providing support across the Operations team and finance
- Onboarding and travel support for the executive team
- Ensuring database is managed
- Ensuring document compliance
- Coordinating support for the executive team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Happy to muck in and support if needed
- Comfortable using multiple tracking spreadsheets
- Hybrid working with 2 days in the office per week
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays (Prorated for part time)
