This is an exciting permanent opportunity to work for a high street solicitor as a Receptionist!

THE ROLE: 

  • Sitting in the shop front, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors
  • Answering any incoming calls and taking detailed messages for the solicitors
  • Answering any inbox enquiries or directing them to the relevant solicitor
  • Assisting colleagues with queries and administrative tasks
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Organising refreshments for meetings with external visitors
  • Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are kept neat and tidy
  • Carrying out ad hoc tasks to support the firm
