Business Development Executive

Australasian Recruitment Company are looking looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join the team. In this role you’ll play a crucial role in building our pipeline and client base further via a variety of channels including, outbound phone calls, emails and LinkedIn. Reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, overcoming objections, establishing relationships and meeting clients in their offices.

THE ROLE:

• Working closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute business development plans meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
• Making outbound calls to all prospect leads to convert into clients
• Engaging with and regenerating previous clients
• Generating your own profile of leads and contacting them for new business opportunities
• Prospecting new business and constantly identify new areas to target 
• Building business relationships with previous and potential clients
• Using professional and compelling communication techniques to engage prospects
• Applying a tactical and methodical approach to effectively manage a prospect pipeline
• Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date with correct information relating to all developed clients
• Engaging with clients via phone and face to face at all levels of the business
• Communicating Australasian Recruitment Companies unique sales proposition through building a rapport, championing the brand and closing new leads

• Previous telesales and/or sales experience
