Talent Partner - Financial Compliance
One of the UK’s most exciting Fintech scale-ups is looking for an ambitious Talent Partner (compliance recruiting) to join their People Team and manage the end to end recruiting process. This role will be based in the London office, working closely with the People & Culture Lead, you would be responsible for recruiting financial compliance talent across various departments.

THE ROLE:
- Playing a key role in helping scale the business across the compliance teams
- Promptly and efficiently handling in-bound applications and team referrals
- Identifying and interacting with potential candidates by using various sourcing techniques and various channels
- Helping to manage interview scheduling across the teams, ensuring all attendees are fully briefed
- Participating in and helping drive diversity attraction strategies to engage a diverse workforce
- Promoting employer brand, as well as championing an amazing candidate experience
- Actively getting involved in various People-related projects outside of day-to-day recruiting (for example, process improvements, D&I, events, advertising platforms and employer branding)
- 2+ years experience in financial compliance recruiting e.g. financial crime compliance, transaction monitoring, quality assurance roles
- Experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling and logistics
- Extremely organised and able to effectively prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Process orientated mindset and enjoys problem solving
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working across multiple time zones
- High level of integrity and able to manage confidentiality
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously and succeed through personal drive
- Spirited team player and willing to nurture a collaborative culture
