This is an exciting permanent role as a Recuitment Resourcer within a leading Executive Search Healthcare Company! As Recruitment Rescourcer you are responsible for supporting recruiters, liaising with clients and candidates, and providing exceptional service to stakeholders! The successful candidate will have a minimum 12 months experience within a passionate role supporting customers and clients. 

THE ROLE:
  • Leading on proposal development, applying high-quality research to ensure our documents demonstrate a deep understanding of macro and micro market issues that will positively or negatively impact the search
  • Providing relevant insights in advance of any pitch meeting with prospective clients and attending pitches as appropriate
  • Liaising with clients to agree on campaign milestones
  • Supporting the development of content for adverts, candidate information packs and microsites 
  • Developing ‘maps’ of target candidates for all roles and approaching and engaging with candidates
  • Updating all campaign-related activity on our customer relationship management system (Bullhorn) 
  • Providing weekly update reports on each campaign
  • Using our design software (InDesign) to create packs for longlisting, shortlisting, and selection events 
  • Writing candidate biographies for selection events
  • Supporting the development of interview questions, presentation questions, case studies, etc.
  • Printing and binding all materials for meetings when required
  • Documenting and measuring the success of research strategies used in every campaign to enable the team to start from a strong platform, with minimal oversight, in future campaigns
  • Support senior members of the team to maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Remain abreast of news and developments relevant to the healthcare sector ensuring relevant information is circulated around the business, opportunities are identified for client-facing staff across the business to line with existing or prospective clients/candidates, and potential leads are identified and taken forward as quickly as possible
  • Attending networking events
  • Leading on salary benchmarking exercises
  • Conducting ad hoc project work
  • Leading on competitor analysis, identifying the roles advertised on various portals and our competitors’ websites, and trend analysis to support future planning of activities
  • Supporting company progress towards more efficient practices through template development, etc.
